Data Readiness Snapshot Disclaimer
Last updated: 5 July 2026
The NoonBridge Data Readiness Snapshot is a practical diagnostic designed to help ship managers, vessel operators, and maritime office teams understand whether their existing noon report formats are suitable for automation.
NoonBridge is operated by Bobook Limited, company number 785764, registered in Ireland.
1. What the snapshot is
A Data Readiness Snapshot may review a limited set of sample noon reports and show:
- Which fields appear extractable
- Which fields appear missing or inconsistent
- Which extraction areas may have lower confidence
- Which validation alerts may be useful
- Whether the current report formats appear suitable for a pilot
- Suggested next steps for a limited pilot
The snapshot is intended to support office review and practical data preparation.
2. What the snapshot is not
The snapshot is not:
- A legal assessment
- A regulatory compliance assessment
- A class society review
- A verifier review
- A flag-state review
- A navigation or safety assessment
- A commercial performance assessment
- An emissions verification report
- An official EU MRV, EU ETS, IMO DCS, CII, or other regulatory submission
- A guarantee that all future reports can be extracted accurately
3. Limited sample basis
The snapshot is based only on the reports, files, and information reviewed.
It may not reflect:
- All vessels in the fleet
- All report templates
- All historic data issues
- All future template changes
- All data quality problems
- All operational edge cases
- All reporting requirements that apply to the customer
A pilot may be recommended before any wider fleet rollout.
4. Customer review required
NoonBridge may identify missing fields, low-confidence values, unusual figures, ROB inconsistencies, missing report sequences, or other validation issues.
However, the customer remains responsible for reviewing all extracted data, confirming accuracy, and deciding how the data is used.
Final operational, commercial, regulatory, verifier, and reporting decisions remain with the customer and its appointed advisers or service providers.
5. No crew workflow promise beyond reviewed scope
NoonBridge is designed to work with existing reports where feasible, and the MVP workflow is built around reports your office already receives.
However, extraction quality depends on report structure, file quality, template consistency, field naming, scan quality, and available data.
In some cases, a report format may require mapping, clarification, additional samples, or template-specific handling.
6. Recommended pilot language
Where NoonBridge recommends a pilot, the recommendation should be understood as a practical next step to validate extraction reliability and data quality using a limited number of vessels and a limited period.
A recommended pilot does not guarantee production performance across the full fleet.
