How It Works
1. Forward existing reports
Crew or office keeps the same workflow. Forward noon report emails, Excel files, or PDFs to your NoonBridge inbox — or upload samples when requesting a Data Readiness Snapshot.
2. NoonBridge extracts and validates the data
Fuel, ROB, voyage, position, ETA, weather, and daily operational fields are extracted and checked against validation rules. Low-confidence fields are flagged for review.
3. Office gets clean data and exports
Daily dashboard, validation alerts, Excel / CSV exports, and reporting packs for MRV / DCS data preparation.
7-day pilot
After a Data Readiness Snapshot, many fleets start with a low-risk pilot: 1–3 vessels, existing report formats, no crew workflow change. Reports are forwarded to a dedicated inbox for 7 days. Your office receives a daily dashboard, validation alerts, and Excel / CSV exports.
The pilot goal is to confirm extraction accuracy, identify recurring data quality issues, and estimate how much manual checking can be reduced before fleet-wide rollout.
