NoonBridge

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from ship managers evaluating noon report automation.

Do vessels need to change their report template?

No. NoonBridge works with the noon report formats your office already receives — Excel attachments, PDFs, and email body reports. Crew keep the same workflow; no template migration is required.

Can you handle Excel, PDF, and email body reports?

Yes. We accept .xlsx, .xls, .csv, .pdf, .txt, and .eml files. Reports can be forwarded by email or uploaded directly during onboarding or when requesting a Data Readiness Snapshot.

Is this official MRV/DCS submission software?

No. NoonBridge is a daily vessel-report data utility that prepares clean operational data and exports. It is not regulatory submission software for MRV, DCS, or other compliance filings.

Who owns the data?

You do. Customer owns all report data. NoonBridge processes data on your behalf for extraction, validation, and export. We do not expose raw reports publicly.

Can we remove sensitive details before sample upload?

Yes. You can redact vessel names, commercial details, or other sensitive information before uploading samples. Samples are used only for format review and snapshot preparation.

How long does setup take?

A Data Readiness Snapshot is typically delivered within a few business days after you submit sample reports. A 7-day forwarding inbox pilot can usually be set up within about a week if the snapshot is useful.

Can we start with only a few vessels?

Yes. We recommend starting with 2–5 sample noon reports or a pilot with 1–3 vessels. This keeps the first step low-risk while we validate extraction against your actual report formats.

What exports are available?

Daily Excel and CSV exports with normalized fuel, ROB, voyage, position, and ETA fields; a fleet daily status dashboard; and validation alerts for missing reports, data gaps, and reconciliation issues.
